No. Our Bespoke Facials are designed to help you completely unwind while giving your skin the reset it deserves. Think of it as a moment to switch off, relax (many of our clients even fall asleep!), and leave with deeply cleansed, hydrated and glowing skin. Every treatment is customised to what your skin needs on the day.

For optimal skin health and ongoing maintenance, we generally recommend a Bespoke HydraFacial every 4–6 weeks, in line with your skin's natural renewal cycle. Regular treatments help maintain hydration, keep pores clear, improve skin texture and support a healthy, radiant complexion.

If you're preparing for a special event, we recommend booking your treatment 3–7 days beforehand to achieve your best glow. Your Dermal Clinician will personalise a treatment plan based on your skin concerns, goals and lifestyle.

Pre-Treatment Care

• Arrive with clean skin where possible.
• Stay well hydrated before your appointment.
• Avoid excessive sun exposure or sunburn before treatment.
• Let your clinician know about any new medications, medical conditions or skin changes.
• If you have an active cold sore, infection or broken skin in the treatment area, please contact the clinic before your appointment.

Post-Treatment Care

• Continue to stay well hydrated.
• Apply SPF 50+ daily and avoid excessive sun exposure.
• Avoid using exfoliants, retinol or active skincare ingredients for 24–48 hours (or as advised by your clinician).
• Avoid saunas, steam rooms and strenuous exercise until the following day if your skin feels sensitive.
• Keep your skin moisturised using the products recommended by your clinician.
• Enjoy your glow! Your skin may feel fresh, hydrated and radiant immediately after treatment.

Bespoke Facial

A luxurious 40 minute treatment designed to pick your skin up, deeply cleanse, rebalance, and revitalise your complexion. This treatment begins with a double cleanse and aromatic hot towels to soften the skin, followed by gentle extractions to clear congestion. A customised Lira Clinical mask is selected to target your specific skin concerns, delivering potent active ingredients for visible results.
